Moshe Egel-Tal is a Senior Payroll Comptroller and Bookkeeper with over 20 years of experience in all facets of Payroll, Bookkeeping, Customer Service and Instruction. He is a native English speaker and has mother-tongue level Hebrew allowing him to work and consult in both languages. Moshe is a University Lecturer on Payroll issues and Labor laws in Human Resource Manager's courses and speaks often about a variety of integration, setup and implementation techniques.
